Well, if it's a shitty shit shit, you have the option of NOT submitting it to teh Portal, but for your own gallery (unvoteable, but still commentable).
If for some reason you do put some particularity nasty things up, an Art Mod may rescind your Portal privileges... also might impact Sabsy's ability to scout.
