As of 90 minutes ago, I'm doing better. Kidneys don't have muscles, so it was .... very bad. Found shit that looked like dandruff at the bottom of my specimen cup. Just needed to make sure something was coming out. Kidney still hurts, but I hope I'm in the home stretch.
